Brian LeClair
Founder and President

Roto Grip, Vise, and 3G Staff

Residing in Delmar, NY, Brian is a long-time accomplished member of the Professionals Bowlers Association and founder of Revolutions Pro Shop. 

Brian started his career on the PBA national tour in his early 20s, bowling against some of the best bowlers to ever come through the tour. Over Brian’s career he has 5 National PBA50 titles, 23 regional titles, several Northeast singles/doubles tournament titles, and was named the 2017 PBA50 Player of the Year. When not bowling, Brian spends a lot of his time running Revolutions Pro Shop. With over 35 years of pro shop experience, Brian is the most experienced and knowledgeable pro shop operator in the Capital Region, always keeping up to date with the latest bowling equipment and most advanced fitting techniques. Not only can Brian help find the best equipment for you, but he also gives bowling lessons for all styles and can help you better your game. Brian spends time at the 3 pro shop locations, helping all his loyal customers and meeting many new ones.


Connor LeClair
Co-Owner

Roto Grip and Vise Staff

Connor resides in Ravena, NY, living with his wife Tori. Connor enjoys playing golf, visiting Saratoga in the summer, and bowling in various tournaments throughout the year.

Connor has been working at Revolutions for over 10 years, providing knowledge to customers and high-quality fitting & drilling. Along with the bowling expertise he provides to Revolutions, he also helps on the business front. Connor went to college at Fordham University in Bronx, NY where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Behind the curtains, he can help his father, Brian run a smooth operation at Revolutions with all his learnings from his primary finance/accounting career. 

On the lanes, Connor is an accomplished bowler with several singles and doubles titles. Some of the more notable wins include a PBA Over/Under Doubles Regional with Brian and the Brockmyre Classic. Connor is always using the latest Storm/Roto-Grip/900 Global equipment to help his game and provide the best advice to Revolutions customers. You will find him working at our Del Lanes location in Delmar, NY.


Taylor LeClair
Co-Owner

900 Global and Vise Staff

Living in Albany, NY, Taylor spends his free time bowling and golfing. During the day, Taylor pursues his primary finance/accounting career at GE Vernova

Taylor has been working at Revolutions for 10+ years, providing expert fitting & drilling to customers as well as helping behind the scenes on the business operations. He will only be in the shops 1-2 days a week drilling for customers but spends a lot of time after work and at home helping run the business. Taylor also participates in many local bowling tournaments, with his favorite tournaments to bowl being doubles partners with Connor or Brian. Taylor’s most notable bowling accomplishments are bowling 300 at the 2024 Bowler’s Journal and winning the Glens Falls Doubles with Connor. You will see Taylor popping into each location from time to time and be at Boulevard Bowl every Saturday morning.


Matt Fazzone
Manager

Storm and Vise Staff

Matt resides in Rotterdam, NY, living with his wife Natasha and daughter Sofia. In his free time, he enjoys traveling all over the Northeast bowling in tournaments and golfing with friends.

With 15+ years of experience working in a pro shop, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to Revolutions – whether it’s through understanding the newest equipment or providing customers with the right fit, you can trust that Matt will help make the best decisions for your game. Drilling all the latest Storm/Roto-Grip/900 Global bowling balls for himself helps him compete at the highest level in every tournament and allows him to provide meaningful insight to customers on what ball is right for them. Throughout Matt’s career he not only has excelled in the pro shop, but he is also an accomplished bowler in the capital region with several notable tournament victories under his belt – New York State (NYS) Masters, multiple New England Bowling Association (NEBA) wins, and New Year’s Day Tournament in South Glens Falls. Matt’s love for the game of bowling has helped him get to where he is today. Matt will spend most of his time at Revolutions working at our Boulevard Bowl location in Schenectady, NY.


Corey Miglucci
Technician

Corey lives in Delmar, NY with his wife Deserae and son Bailey. When he’s not at Revolutions, he enjoys spending time with family as well as bowling in the local leagues and tournaments.

Corey was a long-time customer of Revolutions, who recently attended the Innovative Pro Shop Drilling School to transform his love for the game into a profession. Through learning from the best and his dedication to bowling, Corey has been able to make an impact at Revolutions and the customers they serve from the start. Corey spends a lot of time learning the modern game as it comes to fitting, drilling, and equipment knowledge. Corey also helps Brian with the day-to-day operations to ensure Revolutions is running smoothly and all 3 locations have what they need for their customers. You’ll find Corey mainly working at our Del Lanes and Kingpin’s Alley Latham locations.
